Welcome to the Amphion coding skills assessment. This test is being timed. It is expected you should complete this test within 45 minutes. Failure to complete the test in the allotted time may affect your candidacy.

We look for the following in our coding applicants:

• Formal coding training
• Active Coding Credentials: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, or CPC-H
• At least three years' experience (in addition to formal training) in multi-specialty coding (ICD-9-CM & CPT-4)
• Word/Windows/Internet Proficiency
• These positions require candidates with authority to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Interest in employee status, not independent contractor status

Minimum PC Requirements for Employment:

• Intel Pentium IV
• 1.8 GHz or higher processor
• 2 gb or more RAM or better
• Windows XP SP3 (32-bit) or Vista (32-bit or 64-bit) or Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit) operating system
• Firewall and anti-virus software

• MS Office Suite 2003 or 2007 OR MS Excel Viewer 2007 (free upgrade) — www.microsoft.com

Internet Connection

• Required: High-speed internet connection (DSL, Satellite, Cable or Cellular) with a minimum of 768 kbps download speed and 300 kbps upload speed. Recommended: 1.5mbps (1536kbps) download speed and 600 kbps or higher upload speed. Please verify internet speed through http://www.getmyspeed.com
